AFC Lightning Membership 2007/8
Joining Us
Before anyone joins AFC Lightning we recommend that they contact the age group manager or any of our coaches, then come and meet the squad and join in a few training sessions – prior to signing.
Membership Fees 2007/8 Season
For the 2007/8 season, when AFC Holmer Green becomes AFC Lightning annual fees are as follows -:
Under 6's Development to Under 10's & Girls only = £60 p.a.
Under 11's upwards = £80 p.a.
Players joining mid-season will pay a commensurate amount at the manager’s discretion.
In addition, AFC run a family discount scheme (see below) . We are able to offer support, in confidence, to anyone who may have difficulty in meeting these costs. Talk to your manager for details.
All fees are payable by 31 July 2007 or as soon as a player registers, as this helps us meet the upfront costs of league registration, kit, pitch hire and training venues. Registration forms are available by clicking here. Please note that Membership fees are non-refundable.
All cheques to be made payable to "AFC Holmer Green" (for the moment) and are to be handed to your manager/coaches with the name of the player and squad on the reverse side. e.g. Sally Smith Under 10’s.
What is included in the price?
AFC Lightning membership covers the following:
- Football Kit (Football shirt & shorts) – on loan for the season.
- Training Top – on loan for season.
- All match fees for the season – unless specified*
- Training sessions for the season – unless specified*
- League fees and third party indemnity insurance.
- Provision of club equipment to support training.
- Contribution to help assist club social events.
- End of season medals/trophies.
* A small voluntary contribution may be requested for third-party location indoor / astroturf training & tournaments.
The AFC Lightning Family Discount Scheme
We do offer a family discount for more than 1 player within the same immediate family: The oldest child pays full price, second child pays 50%, third and subsequent children pay 25% (of the subscribed amount). For example a family with 3 players aged 14, 12 and 8 would pay £80+ £40+ £15 = £135.
