Training
The night before Training
- After you have had your evening meal, clean your football boots ready for training (if needed).
- Pack your training bag, not forgetting your boots and shin pads.
- Prepare your training kit ready to put on in the morning, check to see what the weather is going to be like and pack extra clothes if necessary.
Training Day
- Out of bed early. The quicker you wake up, the more time you have to prepare yourself for training ahead.
- Try to have breakfast at least 45 minutes before you leave your house.
- After breakfast change into your training kit and check your training bag.
- Prepare and pack yourself a drink for training, this should be non fizzy.
- When you arrive home after training, put your training kit in for the wash and then have a bath or shower.
- Sit down for a short while and let your body recover.
- Clean your football boots!!!
Do not throw your kit on the floor and wait for mum or dad to pick it up!
